BOARD BUSTERS

When it comes to board exams,students face a lot of pressure from parents,coaching classes,even friends.

Some Do’s n Don’t’s 4 students ---------

1.Study with complete concentration for 45 minutes and then take a break of 15
minutes.
2.Before beginning to revise a chapter,select the number of chapters u r going to
revise.
3.Start with the difficult chapter,take a break of 15 minutes,follow it up with the
easy one and so on.
4.Schedule two subjects per day.
5.Use a lot of colours to highlight chemical formulae,history dates and
mathematical formulae.
6.Repeat positive statements and avoid statements like ‘I hate math’ or Marathi or
any other subject. The subconscious mind does not help concentrate if we begin to
study or revise with a negative mindset.
7.While studying, sit in an erect position with good support, pace in between but
never be in an inclined position. The mind in condition to rest in an inclined
position.
8.Listen to very soft music while practicing math.
9.Avoid junk food as this creates acidity,which disturbs concentration.
10.Get adequate sleep.
11.Repeat positive statement’s in your mind.
